A RESOURCE FOR GIFTED, UK-BASED, YOUNG POP / ROCK / CONTEMPORARY MUSIC ARTISTS AND THEIR FAMILIES
At any one time in the UK, there are a small number of children who are exceptionally talented beyond their years.
If these children are skilled in classical, orchestral instruments or classical/church music, there is a well-trodden path ahead for them to follow :-

established, funded resources
-
conservatoires, youth orchestras / choirs etc.
However, if these children are skilled in pop / rock / contemporary music, then, for them and their parents, there is no clear path mapped out ahead :-

no professional support,
-
no focus for information,
-
no focus for resources.
The Young Talent Network is a group of unpaid volunteers and parents, trying to help resolve the challenges faced by such children and their families.
