Provide information and guidance to parents, to allow them, and their child, to make wise, informed decisions.

Provide the means for parents to connect with other parents.
INSPIRATION

Connect the young artists with knowledgeable contacts in the music industry (all of whom are volunteers), to understand the life of a professional musician and what career paths are possible.
COLLABORATION

Provide real-world resources, to allow the youngsters to progress and up-skill, under their own direction.
EMPOWERMENT
-
Involve the older young artists (e.g.16) in onboarding, coaching and helping the next cohort of younger artists (e.g. aged 11-14)
