Provide the young artists with the opportunity to connect with knowledgeable contacts in the music industry (all of whom are volunteers), to understand the life of a professional musician and what career paths are possible.
COLLABORATION

Provide the young artists with opportunities to connect with others just like them

Provide the young artist access to real-world resources and experiences, to allow them to progress and up-skill if they want to, at their own speed.
EMPOWERMENT

Enable the older young artists (e.g.16) to contribute as YTN volunteers/mentors, showing the way to the next cohort of younger artists (e.g. aged 11-14)
